Bruce and Barbara Brown have been serving their neighbors and new friends on Main Street for longer than they both care to remember! Sadly, in September2024, Bruce Brown was lifted up to be with the Lord. He was an inspirational member of the community, a great chef, and tv presenter. He was unfailingly positive, exhuberent, and touched the lives of all who met him in person or on screen.

Barbara continues to run the restaurant along with the crew who worked so closely with Bruce, and keeps up the standards and quality and ambience that Bruce was famous for.

You won't find any fries on the menu at Bruce's - in fact, they refuse to allow a deep fat fryer into the kitchen! Instead you will find wholesome, tasty, fresh-cooked food, using the finest of local ingredients, and served in the friendliest atmosphere in the Carolinas.
